Vijesh is a Writer, Director, VFX Supervisor, and Motion Designer based in Mumbai, India. Born in Trichur, Kerala, and brought up in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Vijesh's passion for cinema brought him to Mumbai in 2009. He has a master's degree in media production, specializing in Screenwriting, from Queensland College of Arts, Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia and a diploma in 2D animation from Arena Animation Academy, Mumbai. He began his career as a copywriter at Ogilvy & Mather, Bahrain and Gulf Saatchi & Saatchi before shifting lanes into motion design and animation. After his move to Mumbai, he started studio Plexus, through which he has worked on several commercials, feature films, series and music video projects. As a motion designer, he created title sequences for projects like Gangs of Wasseypur (2012), Placebo (2014), Angry Indian Goddesses (2015), OK Kanmani (2015), Double Barrel (2015), Raman Raghav 2.0 (2016), Baar Baar Dekho (2016), OK Jaanu (2017), Richie (2017), Solo (2017), and TV series The Dewarists (2011-2015), Inside Edge (2017), Sacred Games (2018), Made in Heaven (2018), and others, along with Creative Director Yashoda Parthasarthy. His title sequences for Solo as well Sacred Games were nominated consecutively at SXSW for "Excellence in Title Design".
