Sean Michael McGrory was born and raised in Alameda County with his three siblings. His father, Michael, is from Ireland and his mother, Denise, is of Irish-French Canadian descent. Sean began acting in theatre with SF Shakes/Pleasanton Civic Arts Stage Company in 2010. Some of the theatre roles that Sean has performed throughout the Bay Area are: Ernst in Spring Awakenings (2014 - Barbara F. Mertes Center for the Arts Mainstage Theatre), Princeton in Avenue Q (2014 - TVRT) and the Lead Tenor/Stormtrooper in The Producers (2015 - Woodminster Regional Amphitheater). Sean began acting in Film in 2011 and in Television in 2015. He made his first television appearance as a principal actor (Sanford Pringle II) in 2016 in the Hulu series Chance (Episode 1.7 - Unlocking Your Hidden Powers). Sean became a proud member of the Screen Actors Guild in October 2016. He has gone on to work in the Fall 2016 commercial campaign for "Small Business Saturday" with Shaquille O'Neal and Wanda Sykes.
